With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellent service, Paul is often the first point of contact for our clients, helping to make every experience with us easy, professional, and tailored to your needs.
Bert Ramos – Field Operations Director
Bert plays a vital role in managing our operations across the Midlands, ensuring Paul Castle Associates consistently delivers the quality and reliability our clients expect. Drawing on his extensive industry expertise, Bert works closely with our clients to understand their needs, ensuring we’re meeting expectations and exploring opportunities to enhance the services we provide. He also supports Paul in keeping clients informed on the progress of their projects, while identifying new business opportunities and passing them on to Charlie for further development. Tom Castle – Field Operations Director
Tom is a key collaborator supporting Paul Castle Associates, with a focus on brand development, marketing, and client engagement. Whilst Bert handles the Midlands area, Tom works closely with our teams and clients in the South, with regular meetings with them to highlight our services and understanding their needs to ensure we’re consistently delivering value. Tom also contributes to identifying new opportunities for growth and raising the profile of the business through strategic promotional efforts.
Charlie Lamb – Business Development Manager
Charlie’s primary responsibility is supporting Paul with installations across the UK. However his role also centres around being one of Paul Castle Associates Civil Aviation Authority qualified drone pilots, leading our aerial drone surveys with precision and professionalism. Beyond fieldwork, Charlie also plays a key role in the development of the business, working closely with Paul to arrange CPD sessions for current and prospective clients as well as keeping our social media channels up to date with exciting and relevant content. He is also instrumental in keeping Paul Castle Associates at the forefront of the industry, with all of our latest technological advancements.
